Cosy Senior CareTracker is a caregiving coordination and health tracking platform designed to help families and caregivers manage medications, appointments, health records, and care tasks for elderly or dependent individuals. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly, annual, or biennial). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.
We take the privacy of health-related data seriously. Data you enter into Cosy Senior CareTracker — including health records, medication logs, and personal profiles — is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosy Senior CareTracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any health information tracked within the platform. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
